When we first learn to meditate and get more mindful, it can be helpful to listen to guided meditations. Whilst I have plenty on this site for free and in the shop, I also put together this Mindfulness Music mix on Spotify too.
The reason for this is that it is equally relaxing to simply listen to calming music and let the mind wander and bring it back to the music....wander and bring it back to the music.
