The Taster evening is designed for those wishing to learn more about the benefits of meditation.
Misconceptions will be explained and then busted. You will also learn how to begin your own home practice. Join Safe Space Coaching on a 5-week beginners meditation journey.
You need no prior meditation experience. There are many different types of meditation out there, which are based in religion or belief systems, and my wish was to create something that anyone and everyone could use. You do not have to “believe” in one way or one thought system, you just have to be in a space where you wish to feel calmer, present, more aware, relaxed and rejuvenated. Every week will be themed and each week you will be given a meditation to practice for the week in between sessions. The course price includes downloadable meditations & meditation E-Book. In a comfortable and cheerful atmosphere we were led through a smorgasboard of meditations techniques, so that we can choose one or many for our journey into a practice of regular meditation.I thought it was well suited for absolute beginners, or even the curious-but-not-yet-committed. I found it a catalyst to resume a practice I'd discontinued.I'd encourage friends to even ask her to go over the various benefits and effects of Meditation, which I found she explains really well.
