I teach mindfulness meditation in a non-denominational fashion.
I will gently guide, encourage and inspire you to take a short time out of every single day that is just for you.
I hear so much that people don't have time but what I hear beneath that is that they are making themselves unimportant.
You can't drive a car without refuelling once in a while, so why run your own tank on empty?
You can top up your reserves by taking a simple step such as a daily (short or long) meditation practice.

I have always thought that meditation might be a good way for me to manage my stress, but I didn’t think that I could do it. I just didn’t think that my brain was made to be calm.
Yvonne dispelled the meditation myths and made me view it in a much simpler way. She showed me that everyone can (and should) meditate. Through this process, she helped me realise that “thoughts” don’t need to become “worries”, how to think about the moment rather than the future and past.
